Professional tolerance as teacher's "soft skills"

The problem of «soft skills» for pedagogical activity is actualized. The components of «soft skills» are considered from the positions of Western and Russian scientists. On the basis of the theoretical and methodological analysis it is indicated that the professional stability of teachers is an integrative quality of personality that provides the ability of the teacher to carry out professional activities for a long time with a high level of emotional stability, productivity and efficiency in dynamically developing and extreme situations, in our opinion, professional sustainability is the basis for professional flexibility that allows you to adapt to the changing conditions of the professional environment. The article presents the results of the study on the basis of the «Professional pedagogical Institute of the South Ural Humanitarian Pedagogical University», the purpose of which is to identify the relationship of the subjects of the pedagogical process to the terms «professional stability» and «soft skills».
