Professional competence of additional education teacher taking into account modern trends and values of education

The article examines the theoretical aspects of the professional competence of a teacher in the framework of additional education. A person who has just graduated from school must knowingly have certain knowledge, abilities, skills and social and personal characteristics that can be applied in practical use and in various life situations. This model of education implies that the participants in this process will be more active, with their own life position, who will be able to freely coexist in the new "information society" education.
