Professional competence of teachers in the system of inclusive education

Within the framework of the article, attention is paid to the professional competence of an inclusive education teacher, the competencies that a teacher should have when working with children with special educational needs. A number of problems are also identified that teachers face in the implementation of inclusive education at school due to the fact that they do not have additional professional support and training. The need to train appropriate personnel to work with children with disabilities, the importance of the formation of certain competencies, both professional and personal, was noted. In modern conditions of orientation towards the inclusiveness of education, a transition to the professional and psychological readiness of teachers to work with children with disabilities is necessary.
