Professional motivation of a lecturer as a factor influencing on the innovation reformations at higher school

This article touches the problem of decreasing lecturers’ working motivation caused by their unfavourable social position and fall of actual incomes. The results of research, held in leading Samara Universities, are given. General decrease of lecturers’ motivation and satisfaction are considered as a barrier on the way of innovation reformations at higher school.
