Professional responsibility of military higher school cadets: structure and content

Results of theoretical studies of structure and content of professional responsibility of military higher school cadets are outlined. The importance future officer professional responsibility as an essential personal quality is shown. Brief analyses of the concepts “responsibility” and “professional respon-sibility of cadets” is presented on the basis of the obtained analysis of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical researches with due account of the specifics of cadet’s military professional activi-ties while studying atthe military higher school. An interpretation of the structure and content of the phenomenon is given, the included components: motivation and values, cognitive, emotions and will and reflexive and prognosis, are characterized. The functions of each component are defined. Specif-ics of establishment and development of professional responsibility of cadets while studying at a mili-tary higher school are noted.
