Professional training of cadets of a specialized university and the impact of pedagogical skills on its improvement

The article describes the features of the professional training process in the course of the educational process in specialized educational organizations subordinate to the law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation, as well as reveals the degree of influence of personal qualities and pedagogical skills of the teaching staff on the level of professional training of cadets of departmental universities. The author believes that the aspects of pedagogical skills of teachers discussed in the article undoubtedly contribute to improving the effectiveness of professional training of cadets (students) of higher education institutions under the jurisdiction of domestic law enforcement agencies.
