Professional and personal readiness of pedagogical workers for activities in the digital educational environment

The article discusses the professional and personal readiness of teaching staff as the main resource for the successful functioning and development of a modern educational organization, the state of which determines both the quality of the educational process and the quality of education results. The paper presents the rationale and description of the methodology for diagnosing the professional and personal readiness of teachers to work in a digital educational environment. Four levels have been represented and their characteristics have been described, allowing both self-assessment and external assessment of the readiness of teachers to workin a digital educational environment. The results of a survey of more than 300 respondents from different regions of Russia have been presented. The issues of activating the process of managing the scientific and methodological support of the professional development of teaching staff in the context of a general educational organization, based on the mechanisms for making strategic decisions, taking into account the results of the analysis of objective data, are touched upon. The levels of professional and personal readiness of teachers are considered as the basis for preparing a managerial decision on the development of teaching staff in the context of intensive digital transformation of education.
