The article is devoted to the problem of the formation of the motivational component of the requirement of personal and professional reflective of the students. Familiarity with reflective technologies in research and teaching is considered as a reliable mechanism of self-development. The article gives a rationale for effective ways and means of creative self-realization of students through the understanding of meaningful and functional side of professional activity and the conversion to the teaching experience.
