Professional and personal self-development of undergraduate students within the framework of the concept of volunteer service

The professional and personal self-development of undergraduate students in the educational environment of the university is considered, within the framework of the concept of volunteer service. Conclusions are given based on the results of the analysis of approaches to understanding the problem of self-development of the personality of students, and the inextricable relationship between professional and personal self-development and the personality qualities necessary in volunteer activities is emphasized. The role of volunteer service in the structure of professional activity of young specialists, the structure of professional and personal self-development have been determined. The need to create conditions for effective professional and personal self-development of undergraduate students within the framework of the concept of volunteer service is substantiated.
