The professional and personal qualities of managers-organizers of modern sport and entertainment events

The article deals with the specific features of the concept “sport and entertainment event” and “event”. There is analyzed the role of the digital technologies in the synergy of the classical and digital kinds of sport at the example of Phygital games and Robot battles. The author demonstrates the results of the online questionnaire, conducted among the participants of the educational trip “Tavrida.ART” “Behind the scenes. People. Technology. Process” (the Republic of Crimea, 23 - 29 June, 2023). There are revealed the most significant personal qualities of the organizer of modern sport and entertainment events.
