Professional and personal difficulties of future teachers and young specialists: experience of comparative research

The article contains the description of the comparative study of professional and personal difficulties typical for future teachers (graduates of pedagogical universities, young specialists who work at school for less than one year, and those who work up to three years. The authors identified and analyzed both general and specific difficulties for the three groups of respondents. The research was carried out in the Center for the Support of Young Educators. The Center created an integrated system characterizing the work of UlSPU with young teachers of the Ulyanovsk region. It involved information, scientific, methodological and psychological support of teachers and educators at the initial stage of their professional career.
