Professional and pedagogical competence of the head of the internal affairs bodies and ways of its formation

The study examines the problems of professional and pedagogical competence of the head of the internal affairs bodies in the field of individual stylistic features of team management, personality characteristics of the head of the internal affairs bodies in the field of communication and organization of activities, the orientation of the personality of the head, understanding and ability to solve practical problems of demotivation, as well as stimulating the performance of subordinate employees. The conducted research allowed us to draw some practical conclusions about the essence, structure and criteria for the formation of professional and pedagogical competence of the head of law enforcement agencies, to identify the conditions for its implementation and dependence on the motivation of official activity, as well as to prepare proposals necessary for the development and formation of professional and pedagogical competence of the head of internal affairs bodies.
