Professionally important individual and psychological peculiarities of law enforcement leading staff

The article analyses the results of studying the content and structure of individual and psychological personality peculiarities of the law enforcement department’s leader which relate to the efficiency of management. The authors reveal theoretical approaches used for psychodiagnosis of management potential of the leading staff of law enforcement departments and present a unique method of defining the level and structure of their leadership skills.
