Professional development of senior nurses

Research is devoted to questions of professional development of senior nurses as important function of staff management in medical institutions. Various forms of the organization of training are considered. It is proved that professional development is necessary for high efficiency of establishment activity. Possibilities of improvement the process of training of senior nurses are defined.
