Professional burnout as a factor hindering the development of value-motivational meanings of employees of children's specialized institutions

Based on the theoretical analysis, the article describes the impact of professional burnout on the development of value-motivational meanings among employees of specialized children's institutions. The author has attempted a scientific understanding of the role of professional burnout in the work of teachers. Based on the analyzed data, an assumption was made about how professional burnout affects certain aspects of value-motivational meanings.
