Бесплатный доступ

The professional activity of nursing staff refers to socionomic or helping professions. The quality of medical services is due to both the formed professional competencies of medical workers and the high level of moral and ethical standards. Diagnosis and correction of professional values and meanings of nurses are determined by the importance of building trust in medical workers, improving treatment outcomes and quality of life of patients. A psychological analysis of the concept of “professional value-semantic reference points of a nurse” was carried out. A variant of diagnosing the professional value-semantic profile of a nurse is presented. The possibility of correcting the value-semantic sphere of future nurses in the process of studying at a medical college is considered.
