Professional complex of self-determination

Professional self-determination is considered in the article as section self-determination associated with the preparation of personality to integrate into the social and occupational structure of society. On the basis of the Weber’s characteristics of a profession the author attempts to assess the importance of professional complex of this process, identify the specific character of implementation of vocational choices and consistency with the existing theoretical models.
