Professional standard as the planning instrument of the teacher professional development

The model of continuous teacher professional development, which is realized in the system of supplementary vocational education and meets the requirements of the professional standard ‘The teacher of vocational training, vocational education and supplementary vocational education' is seen in the article. The article presents the monitoring findings of the vocational teachers competencies compliance with the requirements of the professional standard in the Chelyabinsk region.
