Prevention of internet addiction in adolescents by the example of physical culture

The article examines the main psychological causes of Internet addiction in adolescence. In connection with modern mental instability in adolescence, the massive use of computers gives students freer access to the Internet, social networks, to which adolescents are most vulnerable. They become more and more dependent on social networks, which can eventually lead to computer addiction.
