Prevention of violations of mandatory requirements in the implementation of federal state supervision in the field of road safety

The article is devoted to the consideration of prevention of mandatory requirements violations as a direction of the control and supervision activities of the State Road Safety Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. The authors analyze the normative legal acts regulating such activities and the preventive program developed in this area, which is aimed to the prevention of risks of harm to legally protected values during the implementation of federal state supervision in the field of road safety. The main preventive measures regulated at the legislative level are investigated. Based on the study of the content of the official websites of the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the sections devoted to federal state supervision in the field of road safety, the authors draw some conclusions about the compliance of the content of the websites with the requirements for transparency and publicity of information on ongoing preventive measures.
