The given work is devoted to studying of professional case rate structure, industrial ecology, problem of primary occupational pathology detectability, objectivity of estimation of the working conditions class, al-lowing to establish the professional character of disease of the worker. We make a substantiated conclu-sion about necessity of modification for criterion of estimation of working conditions class.
