Forecasting target volumes of housing construction in Stavropol region

The article substantiates the need to determine the target volumes of housing construction in the Stavropol Territory taking into account the investment attractiveness of development, the policy of regional authorities, the availability of land resources, engineering networks, the availability of building materials under various scenarios of economic development. The keen attention of top officials of the state, the media, and the public to the problem of increasing the pace of housing construction in the constituent entities of the Federation, the priority of this indicator when evaluating the performance of administrations of the regions and municipalities stimulated the leadership of the Stavropol Territory to find ways to increase the volume of housing commissioning, the growth of solvent demand for housing, development of regional development.
