В статье представлен обзор шкал для прогнозирования исходов реканализации хронических окклюзий коронарных артерий, рассмотрены их преимущества и недостатки. Изложены потенциальные выгоды внедрения данных шкал в клиническую практику. Оценена возможность применения данных шкал в современных условиях.
