Бесплатный доступ

The purpose of the study is to study the possibilities of using innovative activities in high-tech industries when concluding mergers and acquisitions. Technologies emerging from successful high-tech mergers and acquisitions have significant innovative potential. Nonetheless, the prediction of possible outcomes in the corporate relationships under consideration is associated with uncertainty caused by misleading or insufficient research focused on the future. Our proposed framework will facilitate the availability of information and data that can be used to predict the potential innovation performance of a corporation that develops high-tech innovations. The proposed scheme of this analysis is intended for evaluating mergers and acquisitions, the formation of portfolios of rights to the results of intellectual activity in corporations with such types of activities (for the development of innovations), as well as the corresponding technological potential and the construction of paths for potential innovation activity using elements some kind of "road map" or business plan. The structure we propose is based on the analysis of transactions made not only by small and medium-sized businesses, but also by large business entities. The authors made their conclusions reflecting on the merits and limitations of this system.
