Prognosis of delay in neuro-mental development in young children with perinatal impairment of central nervous system

: The aim of this research was to create the algorithm for the prognosis of the delay of neurodevelopment in children of an early age with perinatal pathology of the central nervous system. It is based on the detection of social, medicobiological and psychophysiological risk factors, accessible for estimation in newborn. The offered technique of individual prediction allows determining the delay of neurodevelopment with a high probability of an occurrence of the event. It can be used by specialists for early detection of children from the group of risk for developmental delay, which is to include children with the unfavorable and indefinite prognosis by this prognostic algorithm.
