The program-target planning of social and economic development of Ulan-Ude city: the assessment and the prospects of transition to strategic planning

The article reveals the essence of introduced federal law «On the strategic planning in the Russian Federation» № 172-FZ of June 28, 2014 changes to the existing system of state and municipal planning. The analysis of the existing instruments targeted program planning socio-economic development of the city of Ulan-Ude.
