Program and target approach to development of strategy of development of health tourism in the Republic of Buryatia

There are bases of programm-target approach to the organization of medical and healthcaring tourism in the Republic of Buryatia. Creative offers of five clusters tourist- recreational type are given in this article. In solving this problem an invaluable role can be played by the development of theoretical foundations for ensuring the development of the industry,where the general systemic approach should play a leading role as the basis for compiling targeted integrated programs, as well as a cluster approach that allows for public- private partnerships.
