Poultry meat production in Russia and the Republic of Tatarstan

Poultry farming is one of the most promising and cost-effective areas of animal husbandry. Poultry meat production in the Republic of Tatarstan makes it possible to ensure the food security of our region of the country, the products are competitive and economically affordable for all segments of the population. In 2023, poultry meat production decreased compared to previous periods. This was facilitated by a number of factors, both external and internal. In this article, the reasons for the decline in poultry meat production in the Republic of Tatarstan were studied.
