The prosecutor's office and the judiciary: participation of the prosecutor in court proceedings

The article examines the legal basis for the participation of the prosecutor in the judicial process. The powers of the prosecutor and prosecutorial authorities in criminal, civil, administrative and arbitration proceedings are considered. The legal position of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation is examined. The author’s position on the issues under consideration.
