Prosecutorial supervision of the circuit of medicines and medical devices

The article formulates the author's definition of the concept of prosecutorial supervision of the turnover of medicines and medical devices. Regulatory legal acts regulating public relations in the sphere of turnover of medicines and medical devices were studied. The reports of the Prosecutor General and the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation on the state of legality in the sphere of drug trafficking were reviewed. Problematic issues were drawn up, supported by prosecutorial practice. The author draws a conclusion about the existing problems of the turnover of medicines and medical devices, as well as the importance of the supervision of the prosecutor's office in this area.
