Prosecutorial supervision of the legality of the use of results of operational investigation activities

The article reveals the features of evaluating the results of the ARD for compliance with the requirements of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation. The features of the participation of the prosecutor in the activities to evaluate such results are analyzed. It is concluded that the ARD and the criminal process have all the necessary prerequisites that contribute to increasing the effectiveness of the evidence process in a criminal case by using the results of the ARD.
