Spatial database as an object of valuation and a digital intellectual asset of an industrial enterprise

The article examines the issue of identifying and characterizing a spatial database (SDB) as an economic asset and an object of valuation. For this purpose, relations with related categories«digital asset», «intellectual asset», «object of valuation» have been studied, and their common properties have been highlighted. It has been established that SDB, a type of digital intellectual asset, is a complex object of intellectual property that has general and specific characteristics that affect its value.
