Spatial distribution of classified hotels in the Irkutsk region

The article represents the analysis of the spatial distribution of classified hotels in the Irkutsk region, based on the information taken from the Federal List of Tourist Sites (referred to as the List) as of July 2022, revealing intriguing results. The study highlights an uneven distribution of classified hotels across the region, indicating a correlation with the tourist specialization of municipal entities and their level of involvement in catering to tourist flows.
