Prime ideals in the partial semirings of continuous [0, ]-valued functions

Partial semirings С +∞(Х) of continuous functions on topological spaces A" with values in the se­miring [0, ∞] considered with the usual topology are investigated. In the partial semirings С +∞(Х) maximal ideals are described and fundamental properties of prime ideals are estab­lished.
