In this article, we describe the experience with implanting stented bioprosthesis "BioLab KA/PT" in aortic position in 165 patients older than 60 years. The mean age was 69.3±4.5. Thirty-day survival rate was 98±1%. Peak transprosthesis gradient directly depended on body mass index (r=0.55) and stroke volume (r=0.35), inverse proportionality of size of prosthesis (r=-0.27). Two cases of prosthesis dysfunction were diagnosed in early postoperative period (patients were successfully reoperated). Conclusion: Implantation of xeno#pericardial stented bioprosthesis BioLab KA/PT demonstrates good clinical and hemodynamic outcomes in the early postoperative period.
