Countering the ideology of terrorism through the adoption of international instruments within the framework of the United Nations

The article deals with the historical aspects of the formation of the international legal framework in the field of counter-terrorism. The analysis of modern international acts of the UN in the field of counter-terrorism is given. Based on the study of international legal instruments, the author concludes that it is necessary to prepare a conceptual act providing for measures aimed at neutralizing the spread of the ideology of terrorism.
