Countering cybercrime in Russia: criminal and criminological aspects

This article examines one of the most serious problems of our time - cybercrime, and analyzes the legislative consolidation of norms relating to computer crimes. It gives the compositions which would be expedient to fix in the current criminal legislation, and also necessity of the international cooperation of the states with the purpose of struggle against such crimes is specified.
