Countering corruption in the sphere of state and municipal procurement in the Russian Federation

This article is devoted to anti-corruption in the sphere of state and municipal procurement in the Russian Federation. The relevance is that it is necessary to increase the anti-corruption system of state and municipal procurement. An attempt to identify the causes, types of damage to the state and society from corruption in the process of placing state or municipal orders, allocated various means of combating corruption in the field of state and municipal procurement.
