The article considers the main directions of counteraction to legalization (laundering) of incomes gained by illegal means used in the Russian Federation for undermining economic bases of drug crime. The authors substantiate the need for further reforming of the criminal legislation establishing responsibility for legalization (laundering) of incomes gained by illegal means, and also unification of law-enforcement practice.
