The prototype model for making legitimate and ethical decisions by autonomous artificial intelligence systems in corporate governance

At the present time companies are actively implementing autonomous artificial intelligence systems for corporate management. This paper presents a prototype of a model for making legitimate and ethical decisions by autonomous AI systems in corporate management, released under the MIT license (https://github.com/iboardproject/ prototype). The main goal of this prototype is to facilitate the implementation of autonomous corporate management systems for use in industrial settings and to provide researchers with a general framework for the development and implementation of such systems for evaluation. The prototype includes a demonstration of the basic principles of developing computational law, a dedicated operational context, controlled generation of synthetic data, strategy calculation and decision making, as well as presentation and communication of the adopted management decision.
