Pseudo-counteraction to corruption

The subject of the study is the inefficient aspects of the state and society activity, which can be called as pseudo-counteraction to the corruption. The article reveals such components of pseudo-counteraction to the corruption as the lack of a clear strategy to counteracting corruption in official documents that are of a political and legal nature, the plenty of legal acts in the field of anti-corruption that simulate the state anti-corruption activities, the selective nature of anti-corruption activities as well as pseudo-anticorruption activities of some opposite political parties and movements.
