Assessment of level of mental health, personality traits and quality of life of 110 women with oligomenorrhea has been carried out. It has been revealed that portion of female patients without mental disturbances has constituted 28.41% (n=25). Actual state of 37.27% (n=41) examined persons met criteria of pre&nosological states, from them 12.73% (n=14) met definitions of psychoadaptive and 24.55% (n=27) - psychodisadaptive state. (39.09%, n=43) of the examined had mental non&psychotic disorders of borderline spectrum. In patients with dysmenorrhea, index of degree of stress load has documented sufficiently intense impact of adverse environmental factors. Severity of depressive manifestations reached 16.56±0.39 scores according to HDRS, anxiety - 11.56±0.82 scores according to HAS. Personality traits were characterized by severe anxious and alexythymic radical. Subjective ratings of parameters of quality of life: health, inner peace, and sexual life were low. High co&morbidity of mental disturbances and gynecological pathology exerts an adverse influence on severity of condition and adaptive abilities of the woman, what considerably worsens quality of life and efficacy of conducted therapy.
