Assessment of the impact of climatic and geographic factors on the health of people living in extreme conditions of the North, is a pressing problem due to ongoing changes in climate and weather, increasing the number of weather. Reactions occurring under the influence of climatic and geographical factors, defined as meteosensitivity (in healthy people) and meteotropic reactions (abnormal, accompanied by worsening of the disease). All meteorological factors affecting the development of enhanced meteosensitivity, depending on the nature of the effect can be divided into acting by abrupt changes or by the intensity of exposure. Most likely to develop pathological meteosensitivity category of people are the children, the sick and the elderly. There are defined physiological and psychological indicators meteosensitivity.
