The psycho-emotional status in patients with low-normal and upper-normal TSH range

63 patients with the diagnosis primary hypothyroidism, being on replaceable therapy with levothyroxinum sodium are surveyed. From them 24 women were drug compensated. According to the level of TSH patients are divided into 2 groups. The first group included women with lownormal parameters TSH (0.4-2.0 mU/I), the second - with uppernormal a range (2.1-4.0 mU/I). We estimated parameters of the basic symptoms of hypothyroidism and emotionalpersonal infringements in the form of depression and alarms during psychometric testing. Change of a doze of levothyroxinum sodium and achievement of lownormal level TSH in patients with hypothyroidism do not remove psychoemotional infringements.
