The article deals with the reasons of the speech disorders of the preschool and primary school pupils in the process of the psycholinguistic research, based on the childlore. There are studied the speech disorders of the children with mental retardation. There are systemized the reasons of the speech disorders of the preschool and primary school pupils with the standard and mental retardation, there is defined the difference in the levels of the speech ontogenesis.
