Psychological security of the individual during fire training classes in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia

The article analyzes one of the main aspects of the personal safety of a police officer when conducting fire training classes in the Interior Ministry system, namely: psychological safety, its main characteristics, problematic aspects of the implementation of this definition, as well as a positive impact on the formation, consolidation and improvement of shooting skills among cadets, trainees and practical staff. Specific methods of conducting psychological training of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the requirements for their psychological stability are also considered. The determining factors of the implementation of the classical organization of fire training classes, as well as the modeling of actions in extreme conditions, are revealed. The practical significance of the topic under study is also undeniable due to the fact that a high level of psychological preparedness of police officers will allow them to effectively carry out official tasks.
