Psychological safety of education

Modern educational environment is considered as a complex system that promotes not only learning, but also socialisation, as well as mental and physical development of personality. The article deals with the principles of organisation of a quality educational environment that ensures personal development of students. Various approaches to the creation of a safe educational environment are highlighted, including ecological and personal - developmental. Special attention is paid to the necessity of forming a favourable socio - psychological climate, which helps to reduce the level of anxiety, aggression and other negative consequences.
