Psychological security of teachers in educational environment of a higher school

The article discusses the psychological security of teachers in educational environment of a higher school at the socio-psychological (collective) and individual psychological levels. Based on the analysis of the empirical data, the psychological security of a teacher is defined in the context of special features of the corporate culture of the department and the performance of the main types of work activities in the process of the teacher’s psychological-pedagogical interaction with students.
