Psychological readiness of pedagogical workers to educational innovations

The article reveals the content of the concepts of “innovative readiness of teachers” and “readiness for innovative pedagogical activity”. In order to study the psychological features of innovative readiness among pedagogical workers of educational organization, we conducted a survey with the help of a special questionnaire based on the assessment of five indicators: emotional, motivational, cognitive, personal, and organizational readiness. The next step was a comparative analysis of the components of innovative readiness of teachers of educational organizations at different levels of general education. Readiness in this context we view only as an attitude, which does not mean the implementation of the proposed activity. Further clarification is required to define what internal and external factors are necessary for the implementation of this activity by a teacher.
