Presented component structure attitude to illness of their child in mothers of children with special educational needs. Based on the V.N. Myasishchev’s concept identified three components of this relationship - sensual, emotional and intellectual. Sensual relations component includes complex somatic sensations associated with a situation of stress. By the emotional component of attitude towards the disease characteristics of the child are affective experience education situation of the sick child. Intelligent component implies submission and parents' knowledge about the disease your child thinking about its causes and possible consequences. The study revealed the presence of mothers somatic problems arising in the process of education of the child. Emotions associated with their child, most are situational. Intelligent component ratio depends largely on the experience of the mother's life with such a child. Based on practical experience with their mothers for professionals are the main directions of intervention and identifies general guidelines for the formation of an adequate perception of the parents of their child and his illness. In the first place, it is necessary to carry out educational work with parents to improve their psychological competence in training and education of the child in the home. Recommended forms of group work, including group support. These parents also requires constant student-focused individual work. Such an approach allows for the prevention of mental and physical illness in parents, creates a harmonious atmosphere in the family.
